Email to Argentina

We have an Argentinian high school student who would love to communicate
via the Internet with someone in his home country--prefereably another
high school student. If anyone of you netters knows of anyone in that area
you would make a *slightly* homesick Argentinian boy very happy. By the
way, many of our large foreign student population have discovered that we
have Internet access in the library--and it has become very popular with
