Remember to celebrate Banned Books Week, September 24-October 1, 1994!
Put up your displays, get stories in your local newspapers, tv, radio,
etc.  The Banned Books Resource Guide from OIF/ALA this year is the
best they've ever had.  The posters featuring Moses, Toni Morrison,
Waldo, and Hansel & Gretel are great.  Our University bookstores
already have up several displays and are giving away free
bookmarks and coffee mugs with the First Amendment printed on them.
Those super posters are hanging from the ceiling.  Celebrate and
publicize!
