Call for Proposals

Two active Rhode Island library organizations, RIEMA (Rhode Island
Educational Media Association) and RILA (Rhode Island Library
Association), representing the school and public library sectors, proudly
announce their CALL FOR PROPOSALS for their joint conference to be held on
Monday, April 10, 1995, at the Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in
Newport, RI. The theme for this 1995 Conference is "Partnerships." The
RILA/RIEMA Conference Committee plans to feature sessions that explore the
broad aspects of partnerships both in professional relationships and in
activities and programs, and is soliciting proposals from interested
persons and groups who would like to present workshop sessions. Last
year's conference drew presenters and attendees from a wide area of the
Northeast, and we welcome your participation. Please provide the
