I was speaking to a trustee of the House of the Redeemer, NYC, a retreat
house which was built sometime during the era of coal furnaces. This huge
mansion has an offer those in New Hampshire and Vermont may find hard to
resist. Somehow during the conversion from coal to oil heat, approximately
10 tons of coal remains in the cellar of the building. They would like to
have the coal disappear, and offer it free for the taking to anyone who
would like to come and take it away. If you are interested, please respond
to me and I'll give you the phone number and all...All you need is a truck
and a bucket...well, maybe more than that, but you know.
pax.
