gen: missing job descriptions

I get messages in digest form and I am sure I do not et all the messages.  The
message about job descriptions Part I teachers came but full of equal signs and
numbers.  The next two messages were not in any digest I received.  Could the
person who wrote those send me all three.  It is important I have these as
we will be working on job descriptions in our school district in the fall.  Than
