Grateful Dead guitarist Jerry Garcia died yesterday in California
apparently of natural causes (heart attack).
Expect an onslaught of interest. The net's full of Dead stuff...(Dead
Heads more or less shut things down yesterday). For print, Chelsea House
is adding a _Grateful Dead_ book to their entertainers series (series is
generally good). For a full-length biography, last year saw Sandy Troy's
_Captain Trips_ (ISBN: 1560250763): great!
