GEN, ELEM: LMS Guidebook for new Librarian?

Hi...I'm looking for suggestiones for a guidebook-type resource for
a first-year media specialist. I have seen "A First-Year Teacher's
Guidebook for Suzccess (oops success)" and am looking for something
similar. I'll be the new LMS at a K-4 elementary school. This is
my first LMS job.  TIA.
