JOBS: Elementary Library Media Specialist

The Central Kitsap School District in Silverdale, Washington, has an opening
for an outstanding elementary library media specialist.  Silverdale is
located on the Kitsap Peninsula across Puget Sound from Seattle (a short
ferry ride).  Central Kitsap School District is in a growing community with
a diverse population.  Libraries are well-supported by the District that is
known for its advances in the uses of technology.

The position opening is in a K-6 school with a very supportive principal and
a cohesive staff.  A Washington State teaching certificate and a library
endorcement are needed along with other qualifications.  Time is short---the
first day of school is September 6.  We are hoping to fill the position
prior to that date.
