LM_NET: Library Media Networking
I wanted to thank each of you personally for responding to my request for
greetings, but after a little while I couldn't keep up! Today I put the
display together in my display cases. In one case, I hung a fish net with a
sign that said "A special welcome from the "Net"", and I pinned a whole
bunch of your greetings (which were printed out in various fonts and backed
with colored construction paper) on the net. In the other display case, I
have a big world map with map tacks marking all the places you responded
from-- and then filled the remaining shelves with even more greetings.
Today, as our school is brand new, we had tours for students and their
families. As I was leaving (totally exhausted), the principal complimented
US on OUR display. She said several of the parents had commented on it,
too. I wanted to share that with all of you! Thanks for making me look
good-- we make a great team!
