REF: Contemporary poem

Hello Everyone:

I have a student involved in public speaking contests who is looking for
a contemporary poem "Feeding Big Laquita."  The main character works in
a children's welfare center with crack babies.  The student does not know the
author's name and I have exhausted my sources.

Any help will be appreciated!
