GEN: Signatures, etc.

Netters:  This recent talk of creating a signature file to save our
fingers and minds when we're answering so many requests for greetings and
so forth prompts me to request that people put the name of their city/town
and state and country at the ends of their messages.  Sometimes one can
figure it out from the email address, but, being naturally curious, I like
to know where people are from.  I have friends all over the country and I love
to know where I'm writing when I reply to a message--or mention to that
recipient something about their part of the world.  Just a foible of mine,
I guess.  But it sure would be fun to know where I'm writing, and not just
part of the time!   :-)
