Thanks for InfoTrac Information

I got so many responses to my InfoTrac printing problem question that I
thought I would post a great big THANK YOU to all who responed to me.   I
was somewhat, uncomfortably comforted that so many have experienced, put up
with and been frustrated with this problem.   It would seem that InfoTrac
is designed for stand-alone mode ease which doesn't help me at all.  It
seems that maybe people have just settled for that mode of printing.  I was
glad to hear that people have complained about these network problems.
However I can't beleive that InfoTrac hasn't responed to the many requests.
We did not have these problems with Ebsco when we used them (before we
just switched).  We just thought we would try the competitor to see which
we liked better......and this printing problem is enough to make us say
"forget it" with Infotrac!!!!
