Wendy, You said it well; you said it succinctly. I'm with you. I learn so much from the threads and strands of general communication among 5000+ librarians. We are, by nature, a community of persons with eclectic interests, the sort who find much to interest us whether it is relevant or not. It only requires a second or two to decide whether to exercise the "delete" prerogative that I, for one, appreciate being able to exercise for myself.
