Target->Business Ed. Software for PC

Can anyone suggest good software for the new PC lab we are
planning for our business education department?  We are looking
for DOS or Windows applications to teach accounting.  I would
appreciate comments about ease of use, customer support,
networking, etc.  I will post a hit if there is enough
