Perhaps the best solution is a combination of AUP and monitoring.
Cybersitter can be set to merely log, not restrict, access.  Combining
this knowledge with the student accountability set by a good AUP (I like
the ones that require parental sign off) may be all you need.  BTW, EB
White said parentheses are a sign of bad writing..... Oh well.
