HIT: Magazine binder use

On Feb. 1, 1995 I asked if there were any other libraries that did not use
plastic binders for magazines.  I have had 18 responses to my question and
17 said they did not use binders and one person said they started using
binders this year in an effort to stop vandalism, but that the binders
didn't seem to stop the vandalism.  Thank you to all who responded to my
question.
