I received a shipment from Thomson Learning, but they did call me first to
ask permission. The sales person was way too agressive and it wasn't
until after I finally gave in that she told me I couldn't select
individual titles. I had to buy an entire set of books ($200-$300) or
nothing. When the books arrived, I didn't even open them. I just called
Thomson Learning and told them to send UPS. I will say, at that point
they were very nice. No questions asked, they just said they would take
care of it right away. Of course, UPS hasn't come yet. Who knows what
will still come of this...
