TARGET->Resource Based Learning - February 1995

Hi, I'm a new LM-NET subscriber and I happen to have a pressing need to
find out what other elementary librarians are doing in the area of
"Resource Based Learning".  How do you convince staff that it is a good
thing?  Are there experts out there who do inservices?  Are there any
good resources/information around on the subject?  I will post the responses
