Without knowing exactly what email system you are using I can't give
specific commands in this description. If you have difficulty with any
part of it you can contact either your system help desk or me (I only
hope I can answer your questions).

One way to post a hit is to:

        1. save the answer messages you receive into one folder in your
           email system.
        2. download the folder to your pc (into 1 file that is usually the
            folder name);
        3. go offline to edit the file using your favorite word processor;
        4. save the edited file in ascii format;
        5. go back online and upload your edited file;
        6. go to your email system and open a new message (some systems
            call this "compose") which you then read in your edited file into;
        7. send the result to LMNET.
