Help - change of "address"

Does anyone know of a ONE-STEP way to send a command to change your e-mail
address.  I am changing from a commercial service to a community network.  I
know I could send a SIGNOFF message and then resubscribe, but it would sure
be nice if there was a single command.  None of my listserv command sheets
seem to have one however.
