I like hearing from all levels.  There are four library media
professionals in our district who work cooperatively together.  We
subscribe to different groups and forward relevent info. thereby saving
time and covering more territory. Also, I've been able to adapt many
ideas and situations.  Good ideas, plans, and even problems do not
necessarily belong to one building or grade level.

This does take time and a committment to check, read, delete etc. daily
but we seem to find our own methods of efficiently doing it.
