looking for Stars & Stripes, 1959

Hello all!  I'm wondering if anybody out there can help me locate a
library that has "Stars & Stripes" magazine from the late 50's.  A
picture of my mom was included in one of the articles - and she's never
seen it.  ANY help would be much appreciated.  I've checked my local
library & they don't have it... not too sure which libraries might.
