Looking for a book title--possibly Judy Blume?

Today a substitute for my library aide asked me about a book which I
didn't recognize.  She thought it might be a Judy Blume title but it
wasn't Blubber.  She described it as a book about a girl who wants to
lose weight and does so during the summer.  Upon her return to JR. High
nobody recognizes her because she is so thin.  She meets a boy... The boy
eventually dumps her and rather than gain weight again she things about
why she lost it in the first place....Anybody recognize this????
