Hi,
If my memory serves me correctly from years ago in Jr. High...I think it
is a book by Isabelle Holland. She wrote several books on weight loss.
One title that I remember particularly is _Heads you win, tails I lose_.
I can't remember the plot though.  Please post the answer!
