TARGET: e-mail in schools

What type of e-mail access do you have in your school?
        Only within the LAN in your own building?
        The building LAN plus district's WAN?
        The building LAN & district WAN plus Internet e-mail?

What mail software do you use to administer each?
Is the LAN, WAN and Internet e-mail merged into one account per person?
Do all faculty and staff have accounts?
Do students have accounts?
Does the network administrator manage the e-mail? If not, who does?  How much
time per day does it usually take?
