French listserv and/or penpals

I have a French teacher who is new to the net.  Does anyone know of French
teachers listserv or newsgroup?  She would also like to get her class
connected with penpals that will write in French.  Any ideas about where to
go for those.  Please respond directly to me and thanks for your help.  She
is really excited and I want to capitalize on it now.
