Need Acquisition Policies--Hard & Software

Dear friends,

I put in a request for acquisition policies for hardware & software just
before the holidays & got no responses (except for 3 other people who
want the same info.!).  Is it true that none of you have policies or was
it just too busy a time?  Please help, if you can.  Send me a quick
message & I'll gladly send postage, etc.  Thanks for any help & Happy
New Year to you all!  (I'll do a hit if info. warrants & I can figure
out how to!)
