I am cataloging cd-roms on Circ-plus as an audio-visual media. I do not place the barcode on the disk case, itself, but on accompanying documentation. I, too, would like the access through keyword and subject heading searches, though my students (a high school) know immediately whre to go for the different disks (which station they will be loaded in). I do lock up the disks at night; they are not out for access to students - they request which one they need if it is not the one loaded. hope this helps. On Tue, 17 Jan 1995, Nancy C.
