This may not be helpful to you or it may be very depressing.  I have two Macs in
my library and I networked them to the one Stylewriter II.  It has worked fairly
well but has some quirks.  For example when I have a message on LM_NET it iwll
not print the message out.  I discussed this problem with the computer
specialists who finally gave me the news that Stylewriters were not made to be
networked, had originally been manufactured to be a single computer only printer
and that what we were doing was fooling the printer into printing for both
computers.  I guess you can fool the printer some of the time but not all of the
time.  I did neetwork the Laserprinter in my other library with great ease and
absolutely no problem.  Ill be interested if you get any suggestions on what to
do with your Stylewriter.
