Target--->discipline in the class listserv

I just had a science teacher who is also interested in listservs for
science teachers but is also very interested in doing a project on classroom
discipline.  He would like to use e-mail and listservs to communicate with
teachers about discipline in the classroom.  He would eventually like to
publish a booklet about problems and solutions.  If you have any ideas of
listservs or newsgroups that might be helpful to him, please let me know.
