We have _Newsbank_ on CD-ROM and love it!  The brief one line annotations
get the students right on target quickly.  The search screens are easy to
follow and allow either the printing or downloading of citations.  Next year
they will be offering a year of full text for the papers and a number of
newswire services (one in Spanish --another foreign language source!).
There is no additional charge for networking.   We also have _Magazine
Article Summaries_.  These two along with _SIRS_ are our most frequently
used resources (electronic ones that is).  In fact I plan on making the
financial commitment to the full text version next year, if I can obtain a
network printer.
