?Video Title for Net Navigating

I would appreciate recommendations for titles of videos that
can illustrate How To send e-mail, access the usenet, etc.  This
could be for middle school and above.  If you have seen anything
that you would recommend, please send the title, cost, and
source information.  I am planning another in-service and
would like to use a video this time to cut down on the
rather costly online time.
