GEN: Using closed circuit tv

During this past school year, I read an article about a school that did
their morning announcements using their closed circuit TV setup.
Unfortunately, I cannot remember where I saw the article.  Does anyone
know where I can locate it, or is anyone doing this at their school and
could give me some information.
