We barcode equipment like this... code as a three dimensional object in Unison 245 VCR Magnavox sn12345 [serial number] 300 vcr 900 EQ 209-6 BPI#234567 [EQ for call letter, 209 for each type of equipment, ie 200 for computers, 201 for televisions, 202 for carts, etc; 6 for each item, we have 6 vcr's] Under copy info put in barcode #, date acquired, price etc. Sandy in Florida griffith@freenet.fsu.edu griffis@mail.firn.edu SandraG627@aol.com
