I just got back on line after a modem melt-down and am really enjoying reading all the summer reading suggestions at one sitting. However, I haven't seen one of my favorites: Charlotte MacCleod. She writes two different variety of mysteries, one about a real live-wire librarian with a detective/professor husband, the other set in Boston. Her characters are all slightly ditzy and wonderful. Pick up anything she had written and prepare to be entertained. Nancy Reed St. Mary Middle/High School nupper@aol.com
