The info I have is:

  "Send an e-mail letter to
      LISTSERV@UA1VM.UA.EDU
   which says
        GET MAP01 LESSON F=MAIL
   in the body of your letter."

Repeat for lesson two, etc.  There's a way to get the lessons for a week at
a time, too, but I forget the exact wording for the body of your letter.  I
hope this works for you.
