I've no suggestions, but I sure would like to share in the responses. At
the end of each school year (pre-summer) report cards are held until
school records including the Library are cleared. This serves to reduce
the end of the year problems.
BUT I, too, am concerned about the students who "muddy" their record
early in the year and forego library use the rest of the year.
