REF:Research on the Internet

Help! I have mostly used the Internet for e-mail.  Now a teacher has told
students that I can get articles for their research on the Internet.  I'm
looking for reviews of Microsoft's BOB and articles on voice activated
computers.  I went to Microsoft's homepage and got info on BOB, but how
can I research reviews?  When I did a search on voice activated computers
using a Web search engine, I got information on specific products, but
found no place to go for general information.
I would greatly appreciate any help you can give! I'm at a loss.
