TECH:Wireless Video

Is anyone out there using wireless connectivity for video? Our school system
is exploring the possibility of applying for an FCC license and "owning" and
broadcasting without going through the cable company. Does anyone out there
do this already? Or if you have any information on this topic (pro or con) -
our Chief Technology Officer has asked for my input! Thanks in advance as
always.
