GEN: Creative Educational Resource

This company, Creative Educational Resources (CER), has fallen through on
an agreement made with my school last year.   If you know of an address
or working phone number  for CER, I need that information.
Last year the company rep contacted our principal by fax about an offer
whereby the school would receive the 1995 Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia
in return for sending home a notice to the students regarding the Grolier
print version.  All I had to do was to collect the responses which
indicated a positive interest in having the Grolier rep call on the
parent at home.  When these responses were picked up by the CER rep, he
would bring the Grolier CD-ROM to me.  Several times I was asked what
format I needed and each time I told them I needed Mac.  When the rep
came , he brought IBM version, promising to bring me the Mac "next week."
(of course, stupid me, I did not keep the IBM nor the responses.) That is
the last I heard from him and the only phone number I had was never
answered and eventually disconnected.
This fall ANOTHER rep from the same company came by to ask to do the same
program again! When I told him that I had tried to sic the BBB and the
state AG on the company, he left in a big hurry, promising to get me the
correct CD-ROM, but before I could get a business card. He was slicker
than an eel.
So....if anyone knows where I contact this firm, I would appreciate it.
The BBB and the AG can't do anything without an address.
