Retrospective conversion

Our school (K-8) is looking into automating our library collection.  We
were going to go with Winnebago but thought we would give the internet a
shot, there are so many experienced recipients on the LMNET.
If you have recently completed a retrospective conversion or are planning
to go  through this process in the very near future, we would like to hear
from you.  Please share with us your successes or problems.
