Creative SS Lesson for the MC

Dear LM_Netters,

My ILT recently asked me come up with some creative lessons for the 5-7
graders in my school.  She wants them taught in the Media Center during
National Geography Week.  Any suggestions?

Keep in mind that space is VERY limited.  I have a
very small physical plant for 1000+ students, K-7.
