Elizabeth Keckley/Mary Lincoln's Dressmaker

I know you all can help and boy do I need it :).

        I am looking for information about Mary Lincoln's dressmaker.  I
know she lived and died in the Washington D.C. area.  I'm trying to find
material suitable for developing a slide-tape project.  I fear that I'm
doomed since I've not heard that the Gov't. park services are available.
