Rain forest unit

Any suggestions for an interdisciplinary (math, science, social science,
language arts, arts) thematic or problem based unit on the rain forest for
high school students.

Need ideas, resources, readings, projects, etc involving all four
disciplines.   Non-interdisciplinary ideas are welcomed as well.
