Hi LM Netters,
Thanks for all your answers. I'm passing them on to the person who asked me.
Sorry it's taken me so long with this hit. I've been having trouble with aol
& e-mail - in fact I'm still having a problem, so I'll be sending this and
one other hit in a few messages. Again, I'm sorry for clogging up the lines.
By the way, has anyone out there had this problem with aol ... I can send
short e-mail messages, but not long ones. If you can help me resolve this,
please e-mail to me at linda524@aol.com (receiving long messages is not a
problem, only sending them). Thanks. Linda

Linda - one method I've heard of is to put the book in a ziplock bag
with kitty litter. I haven't tried it, but it came from the book
preservationist at our public library. Good Luck.

Kitty litter, huh? Do you pack them in it for a day or two, or sprinkle
the kitty litter in the boxes like moth balls? Inquiring minds want to know.
