TEXAS and FLORIDA Only

I am writing to ask about a company, corporation, etc. called CELT (I
believe.) Apparently they are preparing some kind of technology plan for
the state of Connecticut. I unfortunately missed the meeting where this was
mentioned and so my information is sketchy. However, I was told that they
worked in both Texas and Florida. If you know anything about this group and
how they work with school library media centers, I would be interested in
your experiences. Thanks again.
