Just in case a discussion does evolve about what a hit should be, I want
to jump in early and say that I much prefer hits that are simply
everyone's replies listed. The summary hits are helpful, but they have
me wondering what *exactly* the respondents' comments were. When I see
the responses written exactly as sent, it gives me a much better feel for
what was said and why...
