REF: celebrity addresses

I need help again!  One of our teachers is asking students to write to
favorite people.  We have found most of the addresses in Who's Who, or
"odd" sources here and there, but we are stumped on two of them:

Motley Crue
Kevin Costner

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!  I have exhausted our small
reference collection, and our large county library system is also at a loss!
