GEN: Grant sources for equipment

Greetings,

I am interested in locating a source of grant money that could be used to
replace the televisions in our elementary school.  We have 1400 students
that rely on a closed circuit television system for announcements,
instruction, and entertainment.  Our televisions are over 10 years old and
the District no longer repairs them.  Repairs must be done at school
expense locally.

Thank you for any ideas on funding such a large equipment purchase.
