Computers for Public Use

Small Public Library needs any policies available for public use of multi
media computers.  Need to know if there is an age limit, time factor, sign
-up sheet, parent authorization, training, etc.  No one in our area has a
firm policy on multi media computers with CD-ROM disks.  Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.  Computers received through State Grant so
really need info ASAP.
